PsyLawSolutions was established in 1995 by Steve Nisenbaum, PhD, JD and Bruce Shackleton, EdD as the forensic division of CO Solutions, LLP to provide expert psychological case consultation , alternative dispute resolution and other forensic services to assist the courts, attorneys, law firms and their clients. They have worked on a broad range of services including: matters of the Family and Probate Court, personal injury, mental disability, discrimination, sexual harassment, and employment and environmental cases. Services also include mediation and arbitration of specific disputes and consultation in personnel selection and training for risk management.

Dr. Steve Nisenbaum is a Clinical Psychologist and Member of the Bar. He provides psychological expertise and consultation to litigation attorneys and their clients through case evaluation, expert testimony and client counseling. Neither Dr. Nisenbaum nor PsyLawSolutions provides legal services, legal advice or representation.

Bruce W. Shackleton, Ed.D.Bruce W. Shackleton, Ed.D.

Dr. Bruce Shackleton is a Clinical and Consulting Psychologist. He provides consultation to attorneys and other professionals on organizational functioning, communications, and stress management. He has been engaged with a variety of occupational and environmental legal cases. Dr. Shackleton is on the staff of McLean Hospital (Clinical Associate) and Harvard Medical School (Instructor, part-time).

Rina Folman, PhDRina Folman, PhD

Dr. Rina Folman has over 20 years of experience treating both adults and adolescents in individual therapy and in couple and family treatment. Her specialties include trauma, domestic violence, professional ethics and practice standards, expert evaluations and expert witness. Rina is on the medical staff of UMass Memorial Health Alliance and has private practice offices in Brookline, Fitchburg and Beverly.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from City College of New York and a Ph.D. from Boston University.
